What the service is
Maestro AI Studio is an AI-assisted piano learning app provided by Mindful Gaming UK, a UK registered charity (charity no. 1212285). The AI tutor generates answers using large language models; lesson plans and recommendations are best-effort and not a substitute for instruction from a qualified piano teacher.
Accounts
You may use the app without an account, with a local profile only, or sign up for a Cloud Family Account so your profiles, AI quotas, and Premium subscription sync across devices. A Cloud Family Account allows up to two learners (one adult owner + one child). You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
Acceptable use
- Don't use the service to harass anyone, to generate hateful or illegal content, or to attempt to extract our API keys / abuse our quotas.
- Don't reverse-engineer the service to compete with it or scrape large quantities of generated content.
- If you're under 18, get a parent or guardian's permission before signing up.
Free vs Premium
The Free tier includes daily caps on AI chat, AI generation, and live voice-tutor sessions. Premium is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe; cancel any time from the Account tab. Premium prices and features are described at the time you check out and may change with notice.
Content & accuracy
The AI tutor's answers, lesson generations, and curriculum mappings (including any ABRSM / Trinity references) are provided "as is" and may be inaccurate. For exam preparation, consult the official syllabus and a qualified teacher.
Liability
Our liability for any loss arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you've paid for Premium in the twelve months preceding the claim, except where UK law requires otherwise (e.g. for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud).
Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms after reasonable notice (or without notice for abuse / fraud / illegal use).
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Changes
We may update these terms; we'll refresh the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance.
